The Saltwater Fishery was an idea hatched to bring a new and exciting seafood restaurant to Downtown Dublin.

We have partnered with local suppliers to provide the freshest ingredients for our food.
Our lettuce comes from The Edward's family hydroponic lettuce farm and our honey from Yoder farms.
When available, we use wild Georgia shrimp, line-caught fish, and local fruits and vegetables for our dishes. 

We are committed to providing great food, superior service, and the #1 dining experience in Middle Georgia.
